How do I create my first product catalog?
After signing up and logging in, navigate to the "Products" section from your dashboard. Click "Add Product" and fill in the details including name, description, price, and upload images. You can add as many products as your plan allows. Once added, your products will automatically appear in your public catalog.
How does WhatsApp notification work?
When a customer places an order on your catalog, InvoServ instantly sends a formatted WhatsApp message to your registered number with complete order details - customer name, contact, products ordered, delivery address, and payment method. You can then directly reply to the customer via WhatsApp to confirm the order.
What happens after the 15-day free trial?
Your free trial includes all features with no credit card required. After 15 days, you'll need to choose a paid plan to continue using InvoServ. Your data and catalog remain safe - you can upgrade anytime to regain access. We'll send reminder emails before your trial expires.
Can I customize my catalog's appearance?
Yes! You can customize your catalog with your brand colors, logo, banner images, and custom domain (on Business and Enterprise plans). Go to Settings > Branding to personalize your store's look and feel. All customizations are responsive and mobile-friendly.
How many products can I add?
Product limits vary by plan: Professional plan allows up to 500 products, Business plan up to 2,000 products, and Enterprise plan offers unlimited products. You can upgrade your plan anytime if you need more capacity. All plans include unlimited product images.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely! We use bank-level 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all your data. Your customer information, product details, and business data are stored securely on encrypted servers. We never share your data with third parties and comply with data protection regulations. Read our Privacy Policy for complete details.
Can I accept payments online?
Currently, InvoServ displays your preferred payment methods (UPI, bank transfer, COD) to customers during checkout. They receive payment instructions via WhatsApp. We're working on integrated payment gateway support coming in Q2 2025 that will enable direct online payments.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. Your data remains safe for 30 days after cancellation in case you want to reactivate.
Do I need technical knowledge to use InvoServ?
Not at all! InvoServ is designed to be extremely user-friendly. If you can use WhatsApp and upload photos on social media, you can use InvoServ. We provide step-by-step tutorials, video guides, and 24/7 support to help you get started. Most users set up their first catalog in under 15 minutes.
How do I share my catalog with customers?
Your catalog gets a unique URL (e.g., yourbusiness.invoserv.com) that you can share anywhere - WhatsApp status, Instagram bio, Facebook, SMS, email, or even print on business cards. You can also generate QR codes for offline sharing. Every visitor can browse and order directly from this link.
